Custom flanged nuts and turned threaded components manufactured to customer drawings for OEM assemblies. Geometry, thread features, bearing face and material/grade are confirmed during RFQ and engineering review.
For quotation, provide STEP/STP, IGES, DWG, DXF or PDF drawings with thread standard, pitch, fit/class, target quantity, material/grade, finish and schedule. Critical tolerances, inspection criteria and approval-sample requirements are agreed against the drawing. Prototype, production and repeat-production quantities are reviewed individually.
