Move from drawing to repeatable production with a clear engineering handoff at every stage. Share what you know, align the requirements, approve the quote and keep the part information organized for the next order.
01 / Upload your drawing
Send a PDF, STEP, STP, DWG, DXF, IGES or ZIP file together with the part name, material, quantity and target delivery date. If a drawing is not available yet, describe the part and the intended application as clearly as possible.
02 / Engineering review
We review the drawing-led requirements, manufacturing process, tolerances, surface finish and inspection needs. We may follow up with questions when an important detail is missing or needs to be clarified before quotation.
03 / Approve the quote
Once the scope is aligned, the quotation sets out the agreed part information, quantity, timing and commercial assumptions. Confirm the quote when the requirements and delivery plan match your project.
04 / Production and repeat orders
After approval, the project moves into production according to the agreed requirements. Keep the drawing revision, part number and inspection expectations consistent so future repeat orders can start from a clear technical reference.
What to include in your RFQ
- Part drawing or a clear part description
- Material, quantity and expected annual volume
- Critical dimensions, tolerances and surface finish
- Manufacturing process or application information, if known
- Target delivery date and any inspection or NDA requirement
Project parameters
We review each drawing and project requirement individually. Final part dimensions, tolerances, materials, finishes, inspection requirements, production volume and timing are confirmed in the quotation. Prototype quantities through repeat production can be discussed, and quality or material documents can be agreed at quotation stage. Certification or compliance requirements are reviewed case by case and confirmed in writing when applicable.
